Dear Survivor,

I don’t know exactly what you have endured or what you have overcome but I know it has been a lot. You have been through more than anyone should have to go through.

What happened was not your fault. However you are feeling is valid and uniquely yours. No one has a right to minimize what happened to you or tell you how to feel.

While our stories may be different, I, too, am a survivor and I see you. I believe you. I stand here beside you. I look forward to discussing how I may be able to support you as you work through your trauma and (re)claim your voice.

❤️ Lauren
