  • Fascism is growing and however you are feeling is valid, even if you don't have the language to express it

Seeking Safety

More Info:

  • Individual sessions

  • Virtual and secure zoom sessions

  • Seeking Safety is an evidence-based-present-focused counseling model to help people attain safety from trauma and/or addiction by Lisa M. Najavits.

  • Focuses on the present and learn safe coping skills

  • You will not be asked to reveal upsetting stories of trauma or addiction
